Refund approval
If you need a help requesting a refund, we are here to help!
Each event on our calendar creates its own refund policy and our job at PaddleGuru is to support the decisions of the race organizers. If you are trying to request a refund for a race registration there are two ways to proceed:
- Contact the race organizer directly by navigating to their PaddleGuru event page and clicking on the white 'Contact Race' button.
- You can also reach out to support@paddleguru.com with the name of the event in question and we would be happy to connect you with the event organizers.
