Exporting Registrations/Event Entries/ Results to Excel
PaddleGuru lets you export your race's registrations in two types of views: Registration View and Event Entries/Results View.
To navigate to the export, proceed to Admin > Export "Registrations"
Registration View
The registration view has a row for every athlete's entry with a column for every field the athlete filled out in the course of registering for your race.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Gender
- Birthdate
- Age
- Payment (owes or paid)
- Waiver status (signed or unfinished)
- Registration date
Then, for every event they've entered, there's a separate column for
- Age Group
- Division
- Gender
If you've included custom options in your registration, the row will have a "yes" or "no" in the option1 and option2 columns.
If you add extra payment options after users have registered, those first users will have a blank entry for those fields, rather than the standard "yes" or "no".
If the user logs back in to edit her registration, she'll have to explicitly choose "yes" or "no" to submit the registration edits.
